This is in regards to notice regarding the international shipping.

1. Round Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange

If you want to exchange or return the item due to change of mind after delivery,

the round shipping cost (including initial shipping cost and return shipping cost) will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Also, in the process of return, all Customs fees and taxes incurred during Customs Clearance will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, thus the customer will be held responsible for those amounts.

It is already mentioned on Return Policy. Please be noted on that.

2. Unavailable for Partial Shipment

Even though there is any delayed item, it shouldn't be shipped out separately due to the specificity of international shipping.

We will do our best to restock delayed item and ship it out to you as soon as possible.
